The Financial Services Academy and our partners at the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway are dedicated to a new path forward. We work alongside the traditional high school-to-college pathway to offer a new way for students to gain the skills you need to build a rewarding career.

Earn your high school diploma with the Employment Honors Plus Seal plus a certificate formally recognized by state colleges and employers so you can pursue a promising career or additional education after graduation.
FSA apprenticeships are paid, year-round positions pairing consistent, accredited classroom education with on-the-job training that meets industry standards.
